Our slogan is “What you envision, we make a reality.” This statement is more than just a catchphrase for us here at Lilygrass. It encompasses two parties, one of those being you. We always take the time to speak with our customers directly so that we can gain a true understanding of what you desire. Sure, we could offer a “click-and-deliver” service only, but those types of flower shops already exist out there in the world, and they lack that “extra mile” quality that Lilygrass can give. Being able to ask you questions and listen to what you can tell us about the person the bouquet is for or what the occasion is, helps us create the perfect piece. We go above and beyond your expectations to give you something that “wows” you, and we love to do it!
Lilygrass not only delivers personalized, high-end flowers that make a statement, but we also offer something other shops don’t have – dogs! Layla and Chloe greet you at the door with their tails wagging. Feel free to say hello to the two assets of our team! We love showing off our 4-legged employees to the customers, so when you come in here, you feel like you’re a part of our family. One of our favorite things to do here at Lilygrass is spread joy. One of the ways we do that best is what we jokingly refer to as our “Staying-Out-of-the-Dog-House Club.” Whenever you order flowers or gifts for birthdays or anniversaries, we log that into a computer database. The next year, one week before the occasion, I call you to see if you’d like to order those flowers again.
