Lilygrass also felt the crunch last weekend! We had four weddings on Saturday and a prom! We loved every minute of the craziness! There were some late nights spent up at the shop, but we have the best team anyone could ask for. Let us work hard to make your visions a reality, too!
One reality that came to fruition last weekend was a whimsical garden wedding. This nuptial union sure was incredible! We designed centerpieces, the bridal bouquet, altar pieces, the bridesmaids’ bouquets, the corsages, and the boutonnieres! Everything was gorgeous, and it perfectly matched the venue and time of year. We were delighted to be part of such a fairytale wedding!
The focal point of any wedding, of course, is the bridal bouquet, so we designed a truly breathtaking design. The color palette showed off beautiful ivory, greens, blushes, and even grays. We gathered some dusty miller, peonies, roses, queen anne’s lace, and ranunculus. It was magnificent.
But if we had such a fantastic bridal bouquet, what could we do with the bridesmaids’? Don’t fret! Their bouquets were just as beautiful but with a soft simplicity to them. They were made completely of baby’s breath, and it all tied together to create a serene, picture-book setting. I’m sure the pictures are absolutely wonderful.
The corsages were made of ranunculus and dusty miller, and they complemented so well the boutonnieres with those blush spray roses.
Everyone adored the centerpieces, and we stayed true to the whimsical garden theme. We took some simple, yet very noteworthy, hydrangeas and coupled them with some pleasant bunches of baby’s breath. We even put some of these designs into rustic mason jars and hung them from shepherd hooks. That’s not even all! We also crafted two altar pieces that mostly consisted of fantastic greenery. Seeded eucalyptus made a striking entrance here, and we surrounded it with queen anne’s lace, and of course, we finished it up with the thematic dusty miller. Nothing was overpowering, but instead it all added to the beauty of the bride and the loveliness of the entire event.
We are so incredibly blessed to be part of these wonderful weddings and dreams. Let us help you have the wedding you’ve always imagined!
Thank you for allowing us to be part of your lives! Come see us soon! Thanks, Lilygrass fans!
