Tips & Tricks ordering for V-Day

If you haven’t yet ordered your flowers for Valentine’s Day — this article will help you out!

Here at Lilygrass Flowers and Decor, we make gifting your loved ones easy! We are your one stop shop for Valentine’s Day flowers, plants, plush animals, candies and chocolates, balloons and more! Whether you call or come in store, our highly trained professionals will help you curate the most romantic gifts for your loved ones.

When ordering, it is okay to ask the employee questions! That’s what we are here for! Together we can find the best combination of fresh flowers, chocolates and “I LOVE YOU” balloons for your special someone. Also, please let us know if you have a budget to adhere to and we will do our best to stick to it. 

If you are planning to have your order(s) delivered, double-check those addresses! If you are wanting delivery to a business, please let us know when providing the address and what time they close. Additionally, tell us if the recipient leaves work at a certain time, our staff may ask you to provide an additional address for delivery — just in case. In order to avoid this situation, ask the employee about timed deliveries prior to checkout. Spots for specifically timed deliveries are subject to additional costs. 

For the past two years, we have completely sold out of delivery spots on Valentine’s Day. So don’t miss out, make sure to call soon! We are open on the 14th for scheduled pick-ups and walk-ins but it is important to note that product flies off the shelves fast the day-of. We do not answer the store phones on Valentine’s Day in order to focus on fulfilling every last order and tending to every customer that walks in. We hope that this article of tips and tricks will prevent you from hearing our voicemail machine on February 14th.

*On Valentine’s Day, all deliveries will be made by the end of the calendar day, per our holiday delivery policy.
